Abide - Friday, June 5th @ 7:30pm
Come pray and worship with us on Friday, June 5th at 7:30pm at Korean Covenant Church of Los Angeles (5260 Lincoln Ave, Los Angeles 90042). Abide is a prayer and worship gathering at our church where we can end our weeks together in a time of prayer and worship alongside one another. We will have members of our worship team leading us in an acoustic set of songs and a time of guided prayer led by various members of our staff and community.

Men's Ministry Bi-Weekly Event: NFL Combine & BBQ (w/ Jon Wong) - Saturday, June 13th @ 10am
In this event, Jon Wong will be leading an athletic training event that mimics drills from the NFL combine. Each of us will go through different football drills testing our skills and athletic ability in a light and fun way while spurring each other on. We are finalizing a football field so be on the lookout for location information. After the event, we will all meet up at the Highland Park Church for a BBQ where we can continue to fellowship.

College Missions Fundraiser Bake Sale - Sunday, May 31st after Both Services
Our college students are going on our church’s very first mission trip to Mexicali, Mexico! A team of 9 students and leaders will partner with a local school to support teachers, students, and families through educational resources, activities, and relational care. To help support the trip, the team will be hosting a fundraiser bake sale after both services today (5/31). All proceeds will go toward the mission trip. We’d love for you to stop by, grab a treat, and support our students as they prepare to serve.
Door of Hope Summer BBQ - Saturday, June 13th @ 10am
Join us on Saturday, June 13th as we support our City Partner Door of Hope at their "Hello, Summer!" Family BBQ! As a way to kick off the summer, all the families of Door of Hope will be gathering at one of their Pasadena locations to fellowship over brunch and fun games. Citizens volunteers will be helping with set-up, serving brunch, facilitating games, and clean-up. If you are available to serve that day, we are looking for 8-10 volunteers to join us!

City Summer Bowling League - Wednesdays, 6/10 - 7/1 @ 6:30pm
City Events is hosting a Summer Bowling League every Wednesday from June 10th - July 1st (4 weeks). Each evening will be spent eating, bowling, and enjoying fellowship with one another. Please join us at Shatto 39 Lanes located in Koreatown LA. All skill levels are welcome! There are 25 bowling spots available with an option to also rent shoes. If you have your own shoes they must be specifically designed for bowling. Please remember to wear/bring socks! Any spectators must register to be included with the food headcount. Spots are limited and will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Free parking is available at an indoor garage below the bowling alley. Organized bowling will start promptly at 7pm so please arrive at 6:30pm each week for parking and registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to Syl Chang (syl@citizensla.org).
