City Events
Each month members from our church host a variety of events that range from dinners to happy hours and workshops in homes and venues throughout LA. We gather to eat, get to know one another, and meet new friends in this busy city. This is a great way to get plugged into our community especially for those who are not yet ready to commit to a weekly community group.
City Dinners
Our City Events Ministry originally started with our City Dinners. City Dinner is a place where guests can enjoy a home-cooked meal and have thoughtful discussion around specifically curated topics. We seek to provide a safe and loving space for folks to freely share and spend time with others. If you are interested in hosting a City Dinner, we invite you to get in touch with us.
City Happy Hours
In a city like LA, we understand that work and life can get stressful. Our Happy Hours are a place for adults and working professionals to get together for a midweek hang. Our Happy Hours are open to anyone who is 21 and older and you are more than welcome to bring a friend or coworker!
City Workshops
At Citizens we believe in the priesthood of all believers. Our City Workshops seek to provide the platform for members of our community to exercise their gifts by teaching others a new skill or practice. In the past we have hosted workshops for floral design, ceramics, dumpling-making, and many more. If you have a skill or craft you'd like to share with others, we invite you to get in touch with us.
