We're Moving!


Beginning on Sunday January 4th, we will be worshiping at a new location at Grand Arts High School. Grand Arts is located only a 5-minute drive away from our current worship location at Roybal Learning Center.

Parking FAQ's

Where do I park?
The entrance to the parking garage is on W Cesar Estrada Chavez Ave. You will see a Citizens sign as well as Hospitality volunteers in neon vests at the entrance. Follow the signs up the hill to the parking garage entrance.
Is the campus wheelchair/stroller accessible?
Absolutely! The wheelchair and stroller accessible parking is located on the 4th Floor of the parking garage. The 4th Floor is the Ground Level of the campus. There are also key-operated elevators on each floor of the garage that provides access to the 4th Floor (Ground Level).

The Main Worship theater and all Children's Ministry classrooms all have wheelchair accessible seating.
Can I leave my vehicle in the parking lot?
Vehicles cannot be left in the parking garage after service ends. The gate closes at 2:30pm on Sundays and cannot be opened again until 7am the following Monday morning.

If you leave your vehicle in the parking garage past 2:30pm, you will need to come back the next morning to retrieve it.
Where should my ride-share drop me off?
Enter on W Cesar Estrada Chavez to access the ride-share drop-off area. Instead of going left towards the parking garage, you will turn right and loop around to the front of the stairs where you can be dropped off. The entrance at the top of the stairs will lead you directly onto campus.

Children's & Youth Ministries

Children's & Youth FAQ's

Where and when do Children's, Middle School, and High School Ministry meet for Sunday service?
Our Children's, Middle School, and High School Ministry meets during our 9:30am service only. Children can be checked in at the Children's check-in table before being dropped off at their classroom.

Youth students will join us in the Main Worship for opening praise and then Middle School and High School students will split off to continue worship in the classrooms. 
Where do I check-in/check-out my child(ren)?
When you enter onto campus, head straight towards the Citizens Hospitality canopy. When you reach the canopy, follow the signs that lead you towards the Main Worship service. The check-in table for our Children's Ministry is located directly across from the Main Worship entrance.

When you pick up your child after service, head directly to their classroom and you can check your child(ren) out at the classroom door with a Children's Ministry volunteer.
Where are the Children's Ministry classrooms located?
The Children's Ministry classrooms are all located on the Ground Floor of the building directly across from the Main Worship auditorium.
At what age can children be dropped off at Children's Ministry?
Children must be 18-months or older to be dropped off at Children's Ministry.

Parents with infants 18-months and younger can join us in the Main Worship. There is a Cry Area in the foyer along with an Infant Table that provides toys, snacks, and noise-canceling headphones. 

General FAQ's

Are there food/drinks allowed?
Food and drinks are only allowed outdoors and the foyer. Food/drinks are not allowed in the Main Worship auditorium.
Will there be a baby changing station and a nursing area?
Yes, in the foyer directly attached to the Main Worship auditorium there will be an area with baby changing stations and a private nursing/pumping area.
Where do I park my stroller?
You can park your stroller in the foyer that is directly attached to the Main Worship auditorium. The ground level of the auditorium will also have space for you to park your stroller.
Can I bring my dog to church?
As much as we love our furry friends, as per LAUSD policy, animals are not allowed on campus with the exception of service animals.
